
Enameling is a beautiful art and handicraft which can be done on gold, silver, copper and pottery.
Gold and silver are metals that do not oxidize when combined with enamel.
This art was started in Achaemenid period.
In this art different patterns such as flowers, animals, angels, birds and etc are engraved on copper, silver and gold dishes. The color of the background is usually blue, green and red.

Sheets (gold, silver, copper, iron ), hammer, anvil, clamp, bow saw and hacksaw, scissors, brush,…
Some objects are decorated with this art such as jewelry like earrings, necklace, ring, plate, vase, box, basket,
bottle, bowl, door, window, …

Herbal color
Mineral colors
Metallic colors
In this art the artist paints several patterns such as Slimi and Khatai motifs, flower and bird and etc on paper, and after some steps , they implement the pattern on the glazed piece with ash.
